Owner will keep the water bill in the owner's name and will pay for the full cost up to $40. If more water is consumed, it will be prorated and charged to the tenant. The tenant is responsible for ensuring no water leak or open water faucet is left unattended as this will raise the bill and incur additional charges. No commercial van or vehicle is allowed to park in the front. Tenants will be responsible for the full electricity bill. The owner will provide the tenant with $80 credit toward electric bill. Please do not disturb the tenant that lives in the cottage across the home courtyard. Tenant pays for full background. Pets up to 25 lbs
